Shipping & Refunds

Free Shipping on all orders over $100.00

 

We offer worldwide shipping.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of order, we will notify purchaser and refund the total purchase amount, using the original method of payment.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

 

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of processing, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends and Holidays. Please note we do not ship on Weekends and Holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

 

Note an ADULT 21 years or order MUST sign for each delivery. The person signing for the delivery must show valid government-issued identification that contains a photograph of the person signing for the delivery and attest that the person signing for the delivery is of legal age to purchase tobacco products and reside at the delivery address.

Refund Policy

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the cigars you purchased arrive damaged. If you receive damaged cigars, please contact us at info@stogietobacco.com with complete details and pictures of the damaged product(s) within 24 hours of delivery. No EXCEPTIONS!
